 As a person in long term recovery for 27 years, my passion comes from lived experience and the effects it has had on me and my family. I have been working in the field of substance abuse and mental health since 1997 and my experience includes all treatment modalities and levels of care. From an addict to an advocate, I emphasize on meeting people where they are. Assisting individuals on their personal pathway to recovery, while striving to inspire change in our community.   

I am most passionate about sharing my story with the world to inspire and give hope to others that we all have value and no one is ever to broken. 

If I could have a super power, it would be to speak any language so I could connect with anyone in the world. 

Being Italian, I love Italian food because I love carbs but growing up in Baltimore, I could eat steamed crabs every weekend. 

Lastly, I have a deaf dog named Blu that I rescued, only to learn that she really rescued me.
